The agreement is only valid when the Artist pays for the service and therefore is not valid if an Artist fails to make payment. Artists cannot receive services with a non-valid agreement. Shipping fees, Taxes, and other fees are not covered under this agreement. The entire bill must be paid in-full seven days before the event or Client may loose slot on the show. Artist may also purchase any sized flyers with their own promotion on both sides for an additional fee. Flyers are upon request only. PRINT: 1000 FREE Flyers at a time. (With shipping and handling costs, the average order for 1,000 flyer will cost customer $47; for 5,000 flyers is $86; PAY for SHIPPING & other PROCESSING ONLY. GRAPHICS & PRINTING is FREE) Marketing Strategy: 1- Use flyers to spread the word in the streets, stores, and other shops. 2- Present the flyer first. Most fans you meet in person will take you more seriously if you have printed flyers promoting your event. 3- If he/she does not buy at that time, give them a flyer so that they can get online and listen to your music and buy ticket(s) and/or music. Additional Fees: Processing and handling for EACH order = $20 US UPS/ FEDEX Shipping for 1000 flyers = $27 US UPS / FEDEX Shipping for 5000 flyers = $59 Artists Own Promotion on BOTH Sides = $175 Next day rush printing fee is $99. US UPS / FEDEX Overnight shipping fee is $129. ____________________________________________________ Management Services Music Blueprint will assign the Artist / member an Operations Manager from our company. The primary role of this manager is to assure all the services are done in a timely fashion. If Artist later signs to a major label, sell CDs, Ringtone deals, etc, Music Blueprint will never ask for a percentage, commission or payment of any kind. Artist / Client is not required to pay Music blueprint based on Artist’s success. Artist keeps 100% of all sells profit (CD sales, Ticket sales, etc), 100% royalties and 100% rights. We will assist as much as possible by e-mail, text and/or phone, but ultimately it is the sole responsibility of the artist / Member to make sure he/she is getting all services. If Artist / Member feels he/she is not getting all services, they must contact an Operations Manager to get issues resolved. ____________________________________________________ Graphics for Flyers Depending on package selected, graphics for one or two panel CD Cover, Flyer, & Posters. Artwork turn-a-round time is normally 48-72hrs. Client must approve artwork's “proof” by e-mail before printing. Under this agreement, Client hereby agrees to use Music Blueprint printing services for artwork produced by Music Blueprint. A concept for Artist Image campaign is created based upon Client input and photos. Photography not included. The CD cover, if applicable, is the first graphic to be completed and approved. Flyer, poster and other print artwork and website are all based on the same concept to assure the highest promotional and public visual communications. If new artwork concept need to be developed, client may incur additional fees. __ GRAPHICS LEVEL 1: Flyer Design. One sided. (included) Additional Fees: New Project = $175 each Artwork Data Disk = $175 each ____________________________________________________ Web Site Artist owns the actual website domain name. __ WEB LEVEL 1: (Included in all packages) Your own web site domain name (www.YOURNAMEHERE.com) sell product & tickets via Pay-Pal, MP3 player (one song, no time limit) INPORTANT NOTE: Website will connect to ALL online locations of the artist in one spot under one simple web address making it easy for fans to find, join, and buy. Hosting is included: Www. Your Web site .com E-mail is included: Artist @ Your Web site .com Marketing Strategy: 1- Sell tickets and CDs on line. Make sure fans have your web address and credit card or paypal account to purchase product online. 2- Use flyers to promote in the streets, stores, and other shops. Use social networking sites to push your website online. Additional Fees: Domain name = $15 / year Graphic updates: $75 each Text updates: $25 each ____________________________________________________ Showcase performances: ALWAYS consult with Music Blueprint before paying for promotion with ANY other promoter. Artist understands that if he/she is: late for check-in, late for the show time(s), late e-mailing Show MP3 file, does not fulfill payment requirements or other requirements, the artist may loose his/her position in the show without refund. Client / Artist agrees not to hold Music Blueprint liable for any damages and carry personal insurance for each event. Music Blueprint is not responsible for sound quality or any other aspect of events and must consult the DJ or facility manager regarding matters that relate to the sound quality and venue. Opportunities to get 100% of all funds invested returned with ticket sells! (See “Tickets” section) MAJOR EVENT performances: TWICE a year, artists will perform on a major event and have opportunities to get paid via tickets sell to the events. Mayor Events will be opening for a nationally know artist, magazine promotion, or radio promotion deal. Opportunities to profit from $1,000 in tickets to sell and keep 100% profits (See “Tickets” section) ____________________________________________________ Tickets After payment each month, Client receives $300 in tickets by mail for every month he/she is a paying member. Tickets not redeemable for cash. Artist must make all payments to participate. Tickets expire at 10PM the night of the event. Artists/Clients are not allowed to sell tickets within 200 feet of the venue on the night of the event. Marketing Strategy: 1- Sell tickets and give away mix tape CDs together as a package. This will generate more income, more fan loyalty, more impressions, more confidence in your product and sell faster than mix tape CDs alone. 2- Give away or sell tickets to fans and members of your team. Make sure people who are supporting you have tickets to the event. 3- If fans don't have cash when you meet them in person, send them to website to buy tickets and music from your website later. Make sure to give them a flyer with all your information on it. See website & flyer Marketing Strategies. 4- Tickets are a way to get money back right away and is another way the membership pays for it's self! ____________________________________________________ FAST TRACK FREE express service is included with every package. Within 24 hours, the Artist should have assigned Music Blueprint Account Manager. Less than three days Client will have Official Website (With domain and hosting package), CD Cover Graphics, Flyer Graphics, first Live Performance or Showcase scheduled, and first set of 1,000 Flyers ordered for delivery. Other items will develop as time permits. ____________________________________________________ Payments Sign up online at MusicBlueprint.com or Call 1-800-515-7490 FOR HELP. The DOWN PAYMENT is $100 plus the FIRST MONTHLY payment of $159.99 makes a total to get started $259.99. The next month on the 1st day, will begin all other payments which will be automatically billed using the same card unless Client makes request to change cards. All payments and bills must be paid in full at least one week (seven days) before the event. Upgrades must be paid ½ upfront and ½ before the event. If bill is not paid-off in full at least seven days prior to the event, the Client may loose position / slot on the event/showcase but has the option to reschedule to a new event/showcase within the next 90 days. All money will be converted to Music Blueprint as credits toward the new event/showcase and must be used on a event/showcase within 90 days after balance is paid in-full; otherwise the artist will loose the credits. No refunds. Additional Fees: Late fee = $25 (after the 5th day past due.) If 30 days pass with no payment, a $100 restart fee will be assessed to start again. ____________________________________________________ Event Booth Register your booth at least three months before the event date. Limited space. Every performer may not get a booth. No extra cost. Space not for sale. Space not guaranteed at this time. Marketing Strategy: 1- Set booth up early. 2- Be ready to sell marketing gear, not just CDs ____________________________________________________ THIS AGREEMENT made on today between Client listed above under “Primary Contact” and or “Manager” who(m) represent(s) Person(s) listed under “Stage/Group” above herein called “CLIENT” and / or “ARTIST” through Music Blueprint Representative, / “Agent” listed under “Referred By” above, whom represents the company “Music Blueprint Services” herein called “Music Blueprint”. In consideration of the mutual promises and agreements of the parties hereto, as set forth under Marketing Plan 2.2 , it is agreed so agreed that no other agreements promised or expected beyond what is defined herein.
